Sodium
decane-1-sulfonate, also known as AOS (Alphaolefin Sulfonate), is a surfactant.
It is made by combining A-olefin with sulfur trichloride to form enylsulfonyl
chloride and then react with sodium hydroxide.
AOS is a single glaze cationic surfactant with good cleaning properties and
surface activity properties. It is widely used in various cleaning agents and
washing agents
